Faculty Development Workshop on Ethical Leadership Held at The University of Faisalabad
The Department of Islamic Studies, The University of Faisalabad, in collaboration with the National Business School, successfully organized a Faculty Development Workshop titled "Ethical Leadership and Organizational Excellence: An Islamic and Contemporary Management Perspective" on 13 July 2026 at Saleem Campus. The workshop aimed to strengthen faculty competencies by integrating ethical leadership principles with contemporary management practices to foster academic excellence and institutional development.
The session was facilitated by Dr. Samra Suhani, Assistant Professor, National Business School, who shared valuable insights into ethical leadership, integrity, accountability, and organizational excellence from both Islamic and modern management perspectives. Faculty members actively participated in interactive discussions, exploring practical approaches to ethical decision-making, professional collaboration, and effective leadership within higher education institutions.
