Department of Physiology Launches Research Excellence Series at TUF
The Department of Physiology, The University of Faisalabad, inaugurated its Research Excellence Series with a webinar titled "Data Curation, Statistical Analysis, and Reference Management." The session was organized to strengthen the research competencies of students, researchers, and faculty members by providing practical guidance on research data management, statistical analysis, and scholarly reference management. The keynote address was delivered by Dr Muhammad Shoaib, PhD in Animal Nutrition from PK Feeds and Hateem Corn Products, Gujranwala, who shared valuable insights drawn from his academic and industrial research experience.
During the webinar, participants explored best practices for data curation, statistical modeling, and the application of modern analytical tools in scientific research. The session highlighted the importance of systematic data organization, selecting appropriate statistical techniques, interpreting research findings accurately, and managing references using digital citation tools. Interactive discussions and practical demonstrations enabled attendees to gain hands-on knowledge of contemporary research methodologies while enhancing their analytical and scientific writing skills.
