The University of Faisalabad conducted an engaging and thought-provoking session titled “Exploring the Future of Work and Innovation,” featuring Mr Salim Ghauri, Founder and CEO of NETSOL Technologies Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading global IT enterprises. The event was graced by the presence of Dr Muhammad Hamza Amin, Vice Chairman, Board of Governors; Prof Dr Aman Ullah Malik, Rector; and Prof Dr Majid Hussain, Dean, Faculty of Information Technology.
During the session, Mr Ghauri shared his visionary insights on the evolving landscape of technology, digital transformation, and the future of work. Drawing from his remarkable entrepreneurial journey, he inspired students and faculty to embrace innovation, adaptability, and leadership in navigating the challenges of the modern digital era. Welcoming the distinguished guest, Dr Muhammad Hamza Amin acknowledged Mr Ghauri’s exceptional contributions to Pakistan’s IT industry, describing him as a national inspiration and a driving force behind the country’s technological advancement.
As part of his visit, Mr Ghauri toured the university’s state-of-the-art laboratories, where he appreciated the cutting-edge infrastructure and the dynamic learning environment that TUF provides to nurture future innovators and tech leaders. The event concluded with an interactive discussion, leaving students highly motivated to pursue excellence, creativity, and innovation in their academic and professional pursuits.
