Seminar on “The Role of SECP and Incorporation of Companies”

National Business School organized an insightful seminar on “The Role of SECP and Incorporation of Companies”, aimed at enhancing students’ understanding of corporate regulation, governance, and entrepreneurship in Pakistan.

The session featured Mr Khurrum Shehzad, Additional Joint Registrar-in-Charge, Company Registration Office (CRO), Faisalabad, as the guest speaker. He delivered a comprehensive presentation on the regulatory framework of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), outlining the process of company incorporation, compliance procedures, and the SECP’s role in promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance in the corporate sector. Through the session, students gained valuable practical knowledge of business registration, corporate law, and regulatory requirements essential for entrepreneurs and startups.
