Goodie Distribution Drive Promoting Empathy and Social Responsibility

Demonstrating compassion and a strong sense of social responsibility, the Rehabilitation Society, in collaboration with the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, TUF, organized a Goodie Distribution Drive on October 24, 2025, to extend support to underprivileged children in the community.

The initiative aimed to spread happiness and hope by distributing care packages containing essential supplies and recreational items. Through this thoughtful gesture, students not only met basic needs but also brought smiles to the faces of children, reinforcing the values of empathy and kindness.

This activity aligns with TUF's commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly SDG 1: No Poverty, SDG 2: Zero Hunger, and SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being. By engaging directly with the children, the Rehabilitation Society highlighted the profound impact that small acts of generosity can have in creating a more compassionate society.
