Career Counselling Workshop

The Department Of Optometry organized a career counselling workshop regarding the scope and career opportunities for the optometrist on 20th of December 2022 under the supervision of Dr Ayesha kiran (Coordinator Department of optometry) and Dr Ayehsa Mansoor (lecturer Department of optometry) The respected guest speaker of this workshop were

● Ali Minto Master of clinical optometry UOM (Australia) FIACLE (Australia) FAAO (USA) FBCLA (UK) his topic of discussion was professionalism ethics & Business aspects of optometry

● Suhail Wahab Khalil Assistant Professor (Abasyn University, Islamabad General Secretary POS. His topic of presentation was scope of optometry and career opportunities

●Fasal Mehr President POS Federal Chapter

Role of POS in academics legislation and regulation of optometry. He gave the introduction to the Pakistan. Optometry Society and its importance. Certificates were also awarded to the chief guests, organizers and participants.
