The Diploma in International Baking & Patisserie is a 12-month program designed to build both foundational and advanced practical skills in baking, patisserie, and hospitality management. The curriculum covers intensive practical baking modules, two levels of food safety, menu planning, workplace communication, computer skills, and an AHLEI optional online certification, culminating in a 4-month industry internship.
Alongside the TUF certification, students can choose to pursue an internationally recognized certification from leading hospitality and culinary organizations, including the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM-UK), the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI-USA), and the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH-UK).
