The Certificate in Professional Cookery is a 6-month program designed to build foundational practical skills in food preparation, culinary arts, food safety, workplace communication, and computer skills, complete with an optional AHLEI online certification and culminating in a 3-month industry internship.
Students have the option to complement their TUF certification with an internationally recognized qualification from leading hospitality and culinary organizations, including the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM-UK), the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI-USA), and the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH-UK). These additional certifications provide students with an opportunity to broaden their professional qualifications and gain international recognition in the hospitality and baking industry.
