Through quality education, research, seminars, workshops, and academic activities, the department develops students’ knowledge and critical understanding of Islam and its relevance to contemporary society. It prepares graduates to contribute meaningfully to education, research, religious institutions, and society while promoting the values of peace, tolerance, and mutual harmony.

To provide Islamic education rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah, develop students’ character and balanced personalities, and foster sound religious understanding, critical awareness of contemporary issues, and expertise in Arabic and Islamic Studies to prepare graduates to serve society as educators, Imams, and Islamic scholars.
