Faculty Development Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Research

The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences organized a faculty development workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence in Research: From Research Idea to Publication”. The workshop was facilitated by Dr Fariha Jabeen, Manager Research & Sustainability, ORIC, TUF, who provided practical insights into the effective and responsible use of artificial intelligence throughout the research process.

The session covered key areas including research idea generation, literature reviews, manuscript preparation, journal selection, publication strategies, and ethical considerations in the use of AI for academic research. The interactive session enabled faculty members to explore innovative research methodologies while emphasizing responsible AI practices in higher education. The initiative reflects the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences’ commitment to research excellence, faculty development, innovation, and the advancement of academic quality at TUF.
