Our Services-What we are doing
TUF pays much beyond the minimum living wage as defined by the Government of Pakistan to its employees. Besides the minimum wage, a worker is also entitled to weekly holidays, Employees Old-Age Benefits (EOBI), over time pay and free medical treatment in a designated hospital.
As per the Article 11 of Constitution of Pakistan:
“All forms of force labour and traffic in human being are prohibited” “No child below the age of 14 years shall be engaged in any factory or mine or any other hazardous employment’’. TUF strictly follows the labour laws of Pakistan.
