Seminar on The Teachings of Hazrat Fatima (RA) and Its Application for the Guidance of Women

The Department of Islamic Studies in collaboration with Islamic Philosophic Society hosted a seminar titled “The Teachings of Hazrat Fatima (RA) and Its Application for the Guidance of Women” to commemorate her birth anniversary. The event was a heartfelt tribute to Hazrat Fatima (RA) life, virtues, and remarkable contributions to Islam. Prof Dr Matloob Ahmad, Dean Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences discussed Hazrat Fatima (RA)’s legacy of devotion, strength, and piety.

Chief Guest Prof Dr Riaz Majeed, Head of the Urdu Department, TUF and renowned poet, shared powerful insights on her legacy as a daughter, mother, and role model, inspiring all attendees to embody her values of justice, compassion, and resilience. The seminar concluded with a heartfelt Dua for the guidance and success of all participants. This event was a wonderful opportunity for the university community to reflect on Hazrat Fatima’s (RA) legacy and draw inspiration from her exemplary life.
