Bachelor of Civil Engineering

Objective

Faisalabad is lacking in teaching facilities in Civil Engineering. During recent years, a lot of development/construction activities have been witnessed in Faisalabad, which is expected to further increase in future. To meet the needs of civil engineers, the University has launched this program for promoting professionally competitive civil engineers.
 

Role and Scope

• Civil Engineers are required for construction of small to mega projects including buildings, roads, bridges, water supply lines, sewerage systems, canals, barrages, dams, airports, and even spacecraft 

• Carreer opportunities also include work in public sector organizations, such as: Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, Public Works Department, Public Health Department, National Highway Authority, Water and Power Development Authority, Civil Aviation Authority and many more 

• There are many private sector organizations working in the field of civil engineering ranging from contractors to consultancies 

• The Civil Engineering jobs are currently among the highest paid jobs in the market.
