The objectives of the MBA program are to develop the student’s
• Technical and functional skills in such areas as accounting, finance, marketing, production operations, and human resource
• Analytical decision making skills so that the students can identify and diagnose problems, and formulate alternative solutions
• Ability to successfully communicate and interact with diverse individuals, as well as the ability to provide leadership, and to function as an entity in a competitive environment
• Inclination to innovate indigenous systems and management practices.
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to meet the challenge of fulfilling the needs of the society.
The program provides a strong general background in management theory and practice alongwith a variety of other subjects e.g. finance, accounting, marketing, economics and statistics that can be integrated with technical and professional skills. The program meets the needs of a diverse group of students from business, commerce, social science, arts, humanities and other fields.
Business and industrial sector is tremendously influenced by frequent changes in environmental, social, ecological, and economic forces. Keeping in view these challenges our MBA program will prepare the students for assuming responsibilities of management suiting to the situations.
